MANB Food Bank 2024

The Halaqa ladies at MANB have an on-going  Food Drive for the less fortunate Muslim families in our community. The initiative has been in place for quite some time and people have been donating for it on and off. MANB would like to urge all community members to regularly donate towards this worthy cause.

ITEMS TO DONATE: 

We are requesting everybody to :

• Donate non-perishable food items such as Rice, Pasta, Flour, Sugar, Cereals, Oil, Lentils etc. 

• Donate canned items such as Fish, Chickpeas, Kidney Beans, Tomato Cans, Fruits, Peas, Carrots, Mushrooms etc.

PLACE OF THE DROP:
Please drop these items in the basement of the Masjid in the marked big box.

DONATIONS TO THE MANB FOOD BANK:

• MANB will be assisting Halaqa Ladies' Food Drive Initiative by collecting the donations towards the Food Bank.
• Any donor who donates towards the MANB Food Bank will be eligible to receive Tax Deductible Receipts.
• The money donated to the MANB Food Bank will be used to purchase the Grocery Items such as Flour, Sugar, Fruits, Vegetables, Chicken, Meat etc. that will be distributed to the needy families.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

• Cash: Please make sure you place your cash in an envelope and clearly mark the envelope - MANB FOOD BANK
• Cheque: please write MANB FOOD BANK in Memo.
• E-transfer: Transfer funds to info@manb.ca, please write MANB FOOD BANK in the Message Section of the e-transfer.
• Credit Card: You may pay through our Website Donation Page through the campaign for MANB Food Bank or click at: https://manb.ca/donate/
